Regular booth sizes will be 8' x 8' and will include a 6' table, 2 side chairs, and a one-line ID sign. Outdoor space will also be available. A very limited amount of Full Room Exhibit Spaces will also be available on a first come, first served basis. These are full classrooms in the main corridor of the College that will be connecting the Job Fair to the Tradeshow Booths.
The exhibit space will be opened from 8 am - 4 pm daily. There will be a Wednesday night mixer, hospitalities, and a Thursday night banquet. Wednesday will be marketed to the energy industry to give the exhibitors ample time to market their product/service to the industry. A Job fair will also be going on during the event. A table will be offered free to exhibitors who are looking to hire.

Eastern Montana Energy Expo has several sponsorship opportuinites, as well as exhibit spaces, available as listed. The money is used to pay for conference expenses. A 110-volt electrical plug is also available for an additional fee of $50.
Vendors may begin setting up their exhibit spaces on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and again on Wednesday morning beghinning at 7:00 am. Breakdown is after 4 pm on May 15th.
